More and more people are becoming aware that we can affect our conscious and unconscious thought processes on a personal and societal scale. Because a lot of this knowledge and wisdom is coming from outside of the current western scientific paradigm it’s often dismissed as new-age pseudo-science. Meme Weaver is about taking the advancements in our understanding of human psychology and consciousness seriously and using that knowledge and wisdom in productive and constructive ways in our personal lives and for the good of human society.

A meme-weaver is the colloquial term for a memetician or memetic engineer. Memeticians examine why certain ideas propagate well, through what means they do this and the effect this has on individuals, groups and societies. Memeticians may also take a more proactive role when they are employed to engineer the form, presentation or even content of an idea or piece of information in order to make it more likely to spread.
